abstract Provided is a catheter for blocking abnormal conduction in the myocardium by using photodynamic therapy or treating arrhythmia, and a catheter and a method capable of evaluating and judging the therapeutic effect. A catheter having a structure in which a tip used in a blood vessel or a heart lumen is bent to perform photodynamic ablation of a myocardial tissue by a photochemical reaction, and the light transmitted through an optical fiber is transmitted to a target site of the myocardial tissue. A catheter having a light exit window for irradiating the electrode and at least two potential measuring electrodes around the light exit window.
