abstract |
The present invention relates to a refractory brick composition comprising a coated refractory aggregate prepared by coating a surface of a refractory aggregate with a coating layer made of a binder for coating, and a binder for a binder. Since the coating layer made of the binder for coating is coated on the surface of the fireproof aggregate, the binder for binder can bind the fireproof aggregate through the coating layer made of this binder for coating. The refractory aggregate can be firmly bonded by binding between the binders. Moreover, the carbonization layer closely_contact | adhered to the surface of a refractory aggregate can be formed by baking the binder for coating of the surface of a refractory aggregate. This carbonized layer exhibits an effect as a cushion layer against rapid heating. |
