abstract An object of the present invention is to provide a targeting agent that enables drug delivery and imaging to a tumor site using an accumulation effect on the tumor site. According to the present invention, the carrier is modified with a hydrophilic polymer, and has a repetition of a sequence represented by Gly-XY, which is characteristic of collagen (X and Y each independently represents one of amino acids). (A plurality of Gly-XY may be the same or different), and a targeting agent for a tumor site comprising a carrier coated with a gelatin-like protein containing two or more sequences of cell adhesion signals in one molecule.
