titleOfInvention Method for inhibiting the formation of chloropropanols and their forming substances in glyceride oils and fats
abstract An object of this invention is to suppress the production | generation of 3-chloropropanediol and 3-chloropropanediol fatty acid ester which are chloropropanols, and its formation substance from glyceride fats and oils. Chloropropanol in fats and oils is obtained by mixing oily raw materials or glyceride fats and oils before heat treatment in the presence of a solvent and water, separating the fats and solvent fractions, and then purifying the fats and oils obtained by removing the solvent. The production of 3-chloropropanediol, 3-chloropropanediol fatty acid ester and its forming substance, which are the same, can be suppressed.
