abstract | A method for producing a polyimidesiloxane solution composition having improved long-term viscosity stability and a polyimidesiloxane solution composition are provided. Polyimide siloxane solution composition in which a tetracarboxylic acid component, (a) a diaminopolysiloxane, (b) a diamine having a polar group, and (c) a diamine component other than the above are polymerized and imidized in a solvent. In the manufacturing method of the product, (b) a diamine having a polar group is finally added to a reaction mixture obtained by polymerizing and imidizing a tetracarboxylic acid component and (b) a diamine component other than a diamine having a polar group. In addition, it is polymerized and imidized. |
