titleOfInvention | Polylactic acid resin composition and method for producing the same |
abstract | Due to the characteristics of polylactic acid, the pellets suddenly softened due to the heat of crystallization above the glass transition temperature, causing a blocking phenomenon, which must be suppressed. Therefore, an object of the present invention is to improve the productivity of a polylactic acid resin composition containing polylactic acid resin and polylactic acid as main components by suppressing the blocking phenomenon. In order to solve this problem, the present invention provides polylactic acid by polymerization, or a blend of polylactic acid or polylactic acid and another resin obtained by blending with other resin after producing polylactic acid. The resin composition obtained is heat-treated at a temperature of ± 10 ° C. of polylactic acid for 15 minutes or more prior to the crystallization drying treatment. |
