titleOfInvention | Measuring device used for specific detection of test substance using photocurrent, sensor unit used therefor, and specific detection method of test substance using photocurrent |
abstract | When the photocurrent generated by photoexcitation of the dye is used for specific detection of the test substance, the charging current generated when the sensor unit is formed is discharged, and the photocurrents of multiple detection spots on the working electrode are further discharged. At the time of detection, accurate detection is possible by discharging the photocurrent derived from the detection spot immediately before the noise current. The measuring apparatus according to the present invention includes a sensor unit including a working electrode, a counter electrode, and an electrolyte-containing body, a single or a plurality of light sources that irradiate light to the working electrode, and the light source relative to the working electrode. In the case of moving in the XY direction, an XY moving mechanism, an ammeter that measures the current flowing between the working electrode and the counter electrode, and a charging current and a photocurrent derived from the immediately preceding detection spot are discharged. A specific detection method using this measuring apparatus is provided by controlling the timing of light irradiation and the timing of connection to the ammeter and the discharge mechanism. |
