titleOfInvention | Method for detecting a substance in a biological sample |
abstract | The present invention relates to a method for detecting a substance in a biological sample, a carrier used in the method, and a kit. The method of the present invention, in one aspect thereof, 1) Prepare a carrier to which biotin is bound, and a fusion protein of a protein that specifically binds to the substance to be detected and a biotin-binding protein; 2) Binding the fusion protein to the carrier of step 1) to produce a carrier to which the fusion protein is bound; 3) To the carrier to which the fusion protein prepared in step 2) is bound, (A) a biological sample, and (bi) a cell disruption extract prepared from cells of the same type as the host cell used to express the fusion protein of step 1), and a biotin-binding protein, or (b -Ii) A cell disruption extract prepared from a cell expressing a biotin-binding protein by genetic engineering technology is mixed and added to the same type of cell as the host cell used to express the fusion protein of step 1); And 4) Detecting a test substance bound to a protein that specifically binds to the substance to be detected in the fusion protein. |
