titleOfInvention | Vaccine composition for mycoplasma infection |
abstract | The present invention provides an antigen that contributes to the development of a safe and effective vaccine against mycoplasma pneumonia that does not currently have effective preventive measures, and a vaccine that uses the antigen. Specifically, a peptide designed from a lipoprotein derived from Mycoplasma pneumoniae, a vaccine composition containing the peptide and a pharmaceutically acceptable carrier, and an antibody that recognizes the peptide as an epitope are effective. A prophylactic or therapeutic agent for mycoplasma infection contained as a component is provided. |
