titleOfInvention Method for detecting cancer cells caused by HPV, method for determining whether or not the tissue is a tissue at a stage of advanced dysplasia or higher, and primer set and kit used therefor
abstract Provided are a primer set, a method, and a kit for detecting cancer cells caused by HPV and determining whether or not a tissue is a tissue at a stage of high grade dysplasia or not with high accuracy. As a primer set, in a base sequence having a CpG site in the L1 region or L2 region of HPV, a first primer that hybridizes to a nucleic acid consisting of a base sequence in which cytosine other than the CpG site is converted to another base, and LCR or A primer set including a second primer that hybridizes to a nucleic acid having a base sequence in which cytosine is converted to another base in a base sequence having a CpG site in the E6 region is used.
