titleOfInvention | Copolymer comprising an uncharged hydrophilic block and a cationic polyamino acid block having a hydrophobic group introduced in a part of the side chain, and use thereof |
abstract | The present invention discloses a block copolymer comprising an uncharged hydrophilic polymer chain block and a cationic polyamino acid chain block. The copolymer has a hydrophilic polymer chain block bonded to either end of the main chain of the polyamino acid chain block via a covalent bond, and 10 percent of amino acid repeating units in the polyamino acid chain block From the above, the hydrophobic group is bonded to the side chain of 70% or less through a covalent bond. The copolymer also provides a stable aggregate under physiological conditions with siRNA, which is a small molecule nucleic acid. |
