titleOfInvention Gold nanoparticle composition, DNA chip, near-infrared absorbing material, drug carrier for drug delivery system (DDS), colorant, biosensor, cosmetics, in vivo diagnostic composition and therapeutic composition
abstract An object of the present invention is to provide a gold nanoparticle composition that can easily pass through small pores in a living body as compared to rod-shaped gold nanoparticles and can be used as a self-heating energy acceptor. The gold nanoparticle composition according to the present invention contains spherical gold nanoparticles and organic ligand molecules. The organic ligand molecule is bound to the gold nanoparticle. The gold nanoparticle composition has at least one absorption peak wavelength (plasmon absorption wavelength) in a region from 600 nm to 1000 nm. For this reason, this gold nanoparticle composition self-heats when irradiated with electromagnetic waves from 600 nm to 1000 nm.
