titleOfInvention | Method for producing porous structure |
abstract | A solution in which a polymer compound and an amphiphilic compound are dissolved in a solvent is cast on a support (21) to form a cast film (22). While evaporating the solvent (23) contained in the cast film (22), water drops (25) are formed on the exposed surface (22a) of the cast film (22). Water droplets (25) are grown while the solvent (23) is evaporated. Water droplets (25) enter the cast membrane (22). Water droplets (25) that have entered the cast membrane (22) are evaporated. By evaporation of the water droplet (25), a hole is formed in the solidified cast film (22). The surface tension of the water droplet or the solvent and the interfacial tension between the water droplet and the solvent have a great influence on the formation process of the water droplet (25). By using a solvent containing a hydrophilic liquid as a solvent, water droplets (25) can be uniformly formed on the exposed surface (22a), and a porous film having uniform pores with reduced dimensional variations can be easily obtained. Can be manufactured. |
