titleOfInvention Polarizable electrode for electric double layer capacitor and electric double layer capacitor using the same
abstract Disclosed are a polarizable electrode for an electric double layer capacitor that has good standing characteristics at high temperatures and can prevent a decrease in capacitance and an increase in internal resistance, and an electric double layer capacitor using the same. A polarizable electrode is formed by mixing ketjen black, activated carbon, and an aqueous polytetrafluoroethylene (PTFE) solution. An aluminum etching foil is used for the current collector, and the aluminum etching foil is dipped in a phosphoric acid aqueous solution or a phosphate aqueous solution such as ammonium phosphate, so that 15 to 115 mg of phosphorus is formed on the surface of the aluminum etching foil. / M 2 is held. The capacitance per unit area of the aluminum etching foil surface is 50 to 350 μF / cm 2 .
