According to the present invention, a) a fragrance in which one polymerizable group, at least one halogenoalkyl group, and at least one inert group for a reaction derived from a quaternary ammonium group of the halogenoalkyl group are bonded. A polymerizable composition comprising an aromatic polymerizable monomer having a ring, b) a crosslinkable polymerizable monomer, and c) a polymerization initiator, and a porous film, thereby contacting the polymerizable film. For a direct liquid fuel cell in which the composition is filled in a void portion of a porous membrane, the polymerizable composition is polymerized and cured, and then the halogenoalkyl group in the resin membrane is derived into a quaternary ammonium group. A method for manufacturing a diaphragm is disclosed. |
