abstract | The present invention provides a low-cost optical film that achieves both high brightness and uniformity of a backlight unit. The optical film manufacturing method of the present invention is characterized in that the optical film is a resin film formed by a solution casting method, the resin film has a film thickness of 40 to 500 μm, and light diffusing particles are contained in the film. It contains 0.1 to 40% by mass, and uneven brightness correction dots are formed on at least one surface of the resin film corresponding to the uneven brightness of the backlight by an ink jet method. |
