A dielectric ceramic composition having excellent chemical resistance is provided. 10 to 40 wt% of Ba in terms of BaO, 20 to 65 wt% of Si in terms of SiO 2, 6-40 wt% of Al in terms of Al 2 O 3, 1-15 wt% of B in terms of B 2 O 3 A dielectric ceramic composition containing 0.3 to 3 % by weight of Cr in terms of Cr 2 O 3 and 1 to 40% by weight of Zr in terms of ZrO 2 . This dielectric ceramic composition has a laminated structure composed of an inner layer part (3) and a surface layer part (4, 5), and the thermal expansion coefficient of the surface layer part (4, 5) is the thermal expansion of the inner layer part (3). In the multilayer ceramic substrate (1) made smaller than the coefficient, when used for constituting the surface layer portions (4, 5), even if the outer conductor films (10, 11) are plated, the ceramic is formed by the plating solution. Can be prevented from being eroded, and good adhesion of the outer conductor films (10, 11) to the surface layer parts (4, 5) can be maintained. |
