abstract | A cured product excellent in mechanical properties such as heat resistance, elastic modulus and tensile strength is provided by lowering the curing temperature of a resin composition containing a compound having a phenylethynyl group. The present invention relates to a thermosetting resin composition comprising a compound having at least one carbon-carbon triple bond and an onium salt. Also, a method for producing a cured product by curing a thermosetting resin composition containing a compound having at least one carbon-carbon triple bond, the thermosetting comprising a compound having the carbon-carbon triple bond The present invention relates to a production method characterized by curing a functional resin composition in the presence of an onium salt. By such a production method, the temperature at the time of curing can be lowered, and therefore the deterioration of the resin itself can be remarkably reduced. |
