abstract | By setting the Mooney viscosity, molecular weight distribution, and n value (speed dependency index of Mooney viscosity) of the high-cis polybutadiene rubber using a cobalt catalyst within a specific range, it has high hardness, high resilience, and excellent workability. A high-strength golf ball rubber composition having improved filler dispersibility is provided. The high cis polybutadiene synthesized using a cobalt-based catalyst satisfies the requirements (a) to (c), and 10 to 50 parts by weight of a co-crosslinking agent is blended with 100 parts by weight of the high cis polybutadiene. (A) Mooney viscosity (ML) 40 to 55 (b) Molecular weight distribution [weight average molecular weight (Mw) / number average molecular weight (Mn)] is 3.0 to 4.2 (c) Mooney viscosity rate dependency index ( n value) is 2.3 to 3.0. |
