abstract | The present invention relates to a microwave cooking packaging body in which a synthetic resin container body having a flange portion is filled with contents, and a lid body is heat-sealed to the flange portion to seal the inside of the container in the heat seal portion. And forming at least one auxiliary seal part by heat-sealing the flange part and the lid body at a site from the steam release seal part to the outer end of the container. In addition, a knurled seal is applied to portions other than the outer portion and the inner portion of the steam release seal portion. The present invention provides a microwave cooking packaging body that prevents the outer end of the lid body heat-sealed to a flange portion from turning up and that automatically opens the lid body due to an increase in pressure in the container during microwave cooking.
