titleOfInvention | Immunological analysis reagent and immunological analysis method |
abstract | In a latex particle synthesis reaction, an immunology comprising a latex particle suspension in which a monomer is polymerized in the presence of an antigen or an antibody against an analyte and the antigen or antibody is introduced onto the surface of the latex particle. And (1) a test sample that may contain the compound to be analyzed, and (2) in the synthesis reaction of the latex particles, the monomer is polymerized in the presence of the antigen or antibody against the analyte. An immunological analysis method is disclosed in which the latex particles into which the antigen or antibody is introduced are brought into contact with the latex particles in a liquid. The immunological analysis reagent and the immunological analysis method have high detection sensitivity and can avoid non-specific reactions that have conventionally occurred. |
