abstract | A gas inlet portion 3 for introducing combustion exhaust gas into the absorption tower is provided on the side wall of the absorption tower 4, and the absorbing liquid is sprayed from the nozzle 8 a of the spray header 8 to the exhaust gas 1 which is introduced from the gas inlet portion 3 and rises. A tower 23 is arranged on the absorption tower side wall at the upper part of the gas inlet 3 of the absorption tower 4, and the tower has the same height or almost the same height as the installation part of the tower 23 other than the arrangement section of the gas inlet 3. By providing a horseshoe-shaped nose 22 in a plan view projecting to the inner side of the tower on the side wall, the absorbing liquid sprayed from the nozzle 8a travels down the absorbing tower tower wall and removes the absorbing liquid except the absorbing tower inlet. By re-spraying to the center of the absorption tower, the gas-liquid contact efficiency is improved while suppressing an increase in pressure loss, and further, gas drift in the tower wall is prevented. |
