ADVANTAGE OF THE INVENTION According to this invention, the manufacturing method using the organism or enzyme etc. of (2S, 4S) -5-hydroxyleucine which can be anticipated as a starting material in manufacture of various useful substances such as pharmaceuticals is provided. According to the present invention, (2S, 4S) -5-hydroxyleucine can be efficiently produced.
