titleOfInvention | Monoclonal antibody against soluble LOX-1 |
abstract | Monoclonal antibodies that specifically recognize human soluble LOX-1 are provided, particularly monoclonal antibodies that have a dissociation constant (Kd) of 1 × 10 −9 (M) or less with human soluble LOX-1. The antibody can be produced from a hybridoma prepared by a method comprising the following steps: (1) immunizing a non-human animal with a prokaryotic human LOX-1 extracellular domain, (2) the animal A step of recovering antibody-producing cells from (3) a step of fusing the antibody-producing cells and myeloma cells, and (4) a reaction with the human LOX-1 extracellular domain from among the fused cells obtained in the above step. Selecting a hybridoma producing a monoclonal antibody to be performed, and (5) selecting a hybridoma producing a monoclonal antibody that reacts with a human LOX-1 extracellular domain derived from a eukaryotic cell from the selected hybridomas. |
