abstract | The pyrimidine nucleoside 5′-triphosphate is converted to the pyrimidine nucleoside 5′-cyclic triphosphate using a condensing agent, followed by the resulting pyrimidine nucleoside 5′- in the presence of a metal salt selected from magnesium, manganese and iron. Cyclic triphosphate and pyrimidine nucleotides are reacted to synthesize di (pyrimidine nucleoside 5'-) polyphosphate. According to this method, unprotected pyrimidine nucleoside 5′-phosphates can be used as raw materials, and the desired di (pyrimidine nucleoside 5′-) polyphosphate can be obtained with a synthesis yield of 50% or more. Therefore, it is a suitable method for mass synthesis of di (pyrimidine nucleoside 5 ′-) polyphosphate. |
