titleOfInvention Tamsulosin-containing transdermal preparation
abstract A tamsulosin-containing transdermal preparation comprising a support and a pressure-sensitive adhesive layer on the support, the pressure-sensitive adhesive layer comprising an acrylic pressure-sensitive adhesive, and Tamsulosin as an active ingredient is 0.1 to 20% by mass with respect to the total mass of the pressure-sensitive adhesive layer, and polyoxyethylene alkyl ether, which is an additive that plays a role in improving solubility, if desired. Provided is a percutaneous absorption-type preparation comprising propylene glycol fatty acid ester as an additive. Also, a percutaneous absorption-type preparation comprising a support and a pressure-sensitive adhesive layer thereon, the pressure-sensitive adhesive layer is made of a synthetic rubber-based pressure-sensitive adhesive, and tamsulosin as an active ingredient is added to the total mass of the pressure-sensitive adhesive layer. On the other hand, a percutaneous absorption-type preparation comprising 0.1 to 20% by mass and propylene glycol fatty acid ester which is an additive that plays a role of promoting transdermal absorption is provided.
