titleOfInvention | Nucleic acid extraction method and nucleic acid extraction kit |
abstract | Regardless of the type of test sample, processing can be performed in a short time without using carefully handled reagents, and the effect on subsequent analysis is further reduced, making it suitable for detection of trace samples. Nucleic acid extraction methods are provided. In particular, improvements are made for the convenience of nucleic acid amplification following nucleic acid extraction and a series of reaction system procedures following analysis. Therefore, in the nucleic acid extraction method of the present invention, there is provided a step of releasing nucleic acid by bringing a chelating agent of deoxycholic acid, glycolic acid, and divalent cation into contact with the test sample. |
