titleOfInvention | Cushion body, seat and method for manufacturing the same |
abstract | Provided are a cushion body that gives a soft tactile sensation and has a good shape reproduction of a groove portion, a seat seat having the cushion body, and a manufacturing method thereof. A cushion body 11 is formed by laminating a plurality of sheet-like fiber structures 4a to 4e, and a groove portion 12 is formed on a surface layer thereof. The sheet-like fiber structures 4a to 4e extend in the thickness direction. The web 2 is laminated so that the outgoing direction is along. The surface sheet-like fiber structure 4e laminated on the surface layer has a thickness substantially equal to or smaller than the depth of the groove 12. Since the web 2 is laminated | stacked, the sheet-like fiber structures 4a-4e give a soft tactile sense by bending in the thickness direction T by seating. Since the surface layer-like fiber structure 4e has a thickness that is substantially the same as or smaller than the depth of the groove 12, the web 2 that has been squeezed into the shape of the groove 12 tries to return to the direction along the thickness direction T. The force to do becomes small, and it becomes difficult for the shape of the groove part 12 to sag and sag. |
