abstract | A method for producing a nanoparticle dispersion in which nanoparticles having a particle diameter of 100 nm or less are directly dispersed in a reactive solvent that is a precursor of the polymer, and using a bead mill 2 having a bead separation mechanism 13 for separating beads. In addition, ultrafine beads having a particle diameter of 1 to 50 μm are used for the beads, and the reactive solvent is a dispersion medium containing one or more substances selected from monomers, dimers, trimers, and oligomers. Then, a dispersing agent for binding the dispersion medium molecules to the surface of the nanoparticles is added, and the nanoparticles modified with the surface modification and aggregation of the nanoparticles in the reactive solvent by the bead mill are made to a size of primary particles of 100 nm or less. Disperse uniformly. |
