Scaffolding material |
abstract |
An object of the present invention is to provide a scaffold material that is excellent in mechanical strength and cell proliferation and is suitable as a cell culture substrate or a prosthetic material. The present invention is composed of an aggregate of fibers and has a three-dimensional structure composed of two bottom surfaces and side surfaces. (1) The fibers are oriented in the plane direction. (2) The fiber diameter is 0.05 to 50 μm. (3) The fiber is a scaffold material for cell growth, which is mainly composed of a biocompatible polymer, and (4) the apparent density is 95-350 kg / m 3 . |
