titleOfInvention Cell culture structure, cell culture container, structure with spheroids, container with spheroids and methods for producing them
abstract A cell culture structure having a concavo-convex structure with a concavo-convex width of 3 μm or less is formed using a fine processing technique such as a nanoimprint technique. Moreover, a cell is cultured with this cell culture structure or a cell culture container incorporating the same, and a spheroid-equipped structure or a spheroid-equipped container in which a spheroid having a temporary foot is formed is obtained. Thereby, the cell culture structure and the cell culture container in which the shape, size, and material of the concavo-convex structure are controlled can be manufactured. Further, for example, spheroids suitable for drug screening evaluation can be cultured easily, in a short time, and at low cost.
