abstract | An object of the present invention is to provide a method for producing a polymer powder, which is suitable as a molding material, and can be obtained by a simple method to obtain particles that do not block in subsequent steps such as dehydration, drying, and additive mixing. A slurry containing water and a dispersing agent and a polymer latex produced by emulsion polymerization are mixed with an aqueous electrolyte solution, and then the solution is heated to attach the emulsion polymer particles in the polymer latex to the surface of the polymer particles. This is achieved by producing a polymer powder. |
