titleOfInvention Substrate for artificial leather and method for producing the same
abstract A base material for artificial leather comprising a laminate in which a nonwoven fabric layer A composed of a bundle of ultrafine fibers having an average single fineness of 0.5 dtex or less and a cushion layer B composed of an elastic polymer sheet are integrated. A part of the ultrafine fibers constituting the nonwoven fabric layer A penetrates the cushion layer B, and the ultrafine fiber layer C is formed on the outer surface of the cushion layer B. The inner surface of the elastic polymer sheet has a corrugated shape with a height difference of 100 μm or more in the thickness direction, and the height in the thickness direction is between the corrugated surface of the elastic polymer sheet and the nonwoven fabric layer A. A gap with a length of 100 μm or more is formed. By using the base material for artificial leather, it is possible to produce a silver-tone artificial leather having a fold-like folding fold and having a soft texture and a soft texture without the rebound feeling of natural sheep leather.
