abstract | The problem to be solved by the present invention is that 1 ton or more of aromatic carbonate is obtained per hour by using a continuous multistage distillation column from a dialkyl carbonate containing a specific amount of alcohol and aromatic carbonate and an aromatic monohydroxy compound. It is to provide a specific method capable of stably producing for a long period of time with high selectivity and high productivity on an industrial scale. There are many proposals for the production of aromatic carbonates by reactive distillation, but these are all small-scale and short-term laboratory levels, and are specific examples that enable industrial-scale mass production. There was no disclosure of methods or devices. Further, there has been no disclosure of contents, methods and apparatuses necessary for industrial use of raw materials containing alcohols and aromatic carbonates, which are considered disadvantageous in equilibrium. In the present invention, a specific continuous multi-stage distillation column is provided, and high selectivity and high production are produced on an industrial scale of 1 ton or more per hour from a dialkyl carbonate containing an alcohol and an aromatic carbonate and an aromatic monohydroxy compound. A specific method capable of stably producing an aromatic carbonate for a long period of time is provided. |
