NKT cell stimulant administered submucosally in upper airway |
abstract |
The present invention provides an NKT cell stimulating agent comprising antigen-presenting cells pulsed with an NKT cell ligand and administered submucosally in the upper respiratory tract. By administering submucosally in the upper respiratory tract, it is possible to stimulate NKT cells very efficiently and stimulate immune responses with a small number of NKT cell ligand pulse antigen-presenting cells. In addition, NKT cells can be selectively induced in the cervical lymph nodes by administration under the upper airway mucosa. |
