abstract | A rubber composition comprising an acrylic rubber containing at least one group selected from a carboxyl group and an epoxy group, a ketimine structure-containing compound, carbon black, and a crosslinking agent. Preferably, the ketimine structure-containing compound 0 is added to 100 parts by weight of an acrylic rubber containing 4 × 10 −4 to 4 × 10 −1 equivalents of a group selected from a carboxyl group and an epoxy group per 100 g of the rubber. A rubber composition comprising 0.01 to 10 parts by weight, carbon black 20 to 200 parts by weight, and a crosslinking agent, preferably 0.05 to 20 parts by weight of a polyvalent amine crosslinking agent. Preferably, it further contains a silane coupling agent. This rubber composition is excellent in scorch stability and has a high crosslinking rate. Furthermore, the crosslinked product has a high tensile strength and a low compression set. |
