abstract | The present invention is a method for analyzing the binding force of a protein to a compound, comprising the following steps: (a) isolating a first protein group labeled with a plurality of carriers using a carrier on which the compound is immobilized. Fractionating into fractions, (b) fractionating the second protein group into one or more fractions using the carrier with the compound immobilized thereon, (c) step (b) The fraction obtained in step (a) is the fraction obtained in step (a), or the fraction obtained in step (a), or the fraction obtained in step (b). A step of adding a fixed amount to each of the above, (d) a step of mass-analyzing the fraction obtained in step (c), and (e) obtaining each fraction in step (a) from the mass spectrometry information. A peak derived from the protein in the obtained fraction and a protein derived from the protein in the fraction obtained in step (b). Seeking intensity ratio of the peak, the more proteins, and comparing the strength of the bond strength of the protein to said compound, to provide the method. |
