abstract | In the present invention, a protease is allowed to act on whole blood and / or a blood cell sample, and then an erasing reagent containing one or more ketoamine oxidases is allowed to act to produce α-glycated amino acid, ε-glycated amino acid, and ε-glycated. The present invention relates to a method for measuring α-glycated peptide in the sample using oxidase acting on α-glycated peptide after erasing the peptide or a combination thereof, and an erasing reagent and kit therefor. According to the present invention, it is possible to reduce a measurement error in measurement of a glycated protein such as glycated hemoglobin and obtain an accurate measurement value. |
