abstract | Fatigue occupies an important position in the modern lifestyle. Although many anti-fatigue compositions are on the market, there are still few that can be clearly expected to be effective. Therefore, the present inventors have studied for the purpose of providing a composition that clearly shows the anti-fatigue effect. As a result, it has been found that a composition containing reduced coenzyme Q and a lipoic acid derivative is excellent as an anti-fatigue composition. By administering the anti-fatigue composition of the present invention to a mammal, it exhibits an anti-fatigue effect synergistically even at doses that are not effective alone. According to the present invention, a safe and effective anti-fatigue composition can be provided. |
