abstract The aqueous beverage 11 in the container 12 is pressurized to a predetermined pressure by the pressure pump 13 and supplied to the liquid introduction path 51A of the first ejector 50A, and the oxygen gas from the oxygen gas cylinder 15 is supplied to the gas introduction path 56A of the ejector 50A. Then, the pressurized oxygen-containing aqueous beverage obtained from the static mixer 60A connected to the ejector 50 is guided to the upper portion of the receiver 21 maintained at normal pressure. Next, the oxygen-containing aqueous beverage 22 in the receiver 21 is again pressurized to a predetermined pressure by the pressurizing pump 23 and supplied to the liquid introduction path 51B of the second ejector 50B, and hydrogen gas from the hydrogen gas cylinder 25 is ejected from the ejector 50B. The static mixer 60B connected to the ejector 50B is connected to the upper portion of the receiver 31 maintained at normal pressure. As a result, the oxygen-containing reducible aqueous beverage 32 having a very low redox potential and strong reducibility while containing a large amount of oxygen is obtained.
