abstract | Provided are an organic EL display device in which the performance of an organic transistor is less deteriorated, a method for manufacturing an organic EL display device, an organic transistor, and a method for manufacturing an organic transistor. The organic EL display device P1 includes a protective film 20 that covers the organic transistor 50 and protects the organic transistor. A conductive layer (cathode of the organic EL element 100) 18 having conductivity is formed between the protective film 20 and the surface of the organic transistor 50, and is formed closer to the surface side of the organic transistor 50 than the conductive layer 18. An insulating film 72 that insulates the surface of the conductive layer 18 from the surface of the conductive film 18 is included. |
