abstract | Provided are an Fe-based sintered sliding material that is excellent in seizure resistance and wear resistance, and that can provide self-lubricating properties to make the greasing interval longer or non-greased, and a method for producing the same. The Fe-based sintered sliding material of the present invention contains 10 wt% or more and 50 wt% or less of Cu and 1 wt% or more and 15 wt% or less of C, and is above the solid solubility limit and 5 wt%. Fe-Cu alloy powder containing Cu of not less than 50% and less than 50% by weight, Cu not less than the solid solubility limit and not less than 5% by weight and less than 50% by weight and C of more than 0% by weight and not more than 5% by weight A sintered structure formed by sintering a mixed powder obtained by mixing at least one Fe alloy powder, graphite powder, and at least one of Cu powder and Cu alloy powder. And graphite particles dispersed in the sintered sliding material at a content of 1 to 14% by weight or 3 to 50% by volume. |
