titleOfInvention Control method of relative permittivity, dielectric, mobile phone, and human phantom model
abstract This application uses a combination of spherical carbon, carbon nanotubes, flat carbon, carbon fibers of a predetermined aspect ratio, and conductive carbon with a developed structure as a carbon material dispersed in a polymer substrate. Then, by controlling the real part and imaginary part values of the complex relative permittivity of the dielectric by these compounding amounts, the structure of the polymer base material is developed with any of the above carbons in the polymer base material. Provided are a dielectric compounded with conductive carbon, a mobile phone using the dielectric, and a human phantom model made of the dielectric.
