titleOfInvention | Method for isolating double-stranded DNA containing simple repetitive sequence |
abstract | The present invention provides a method for isolating DNA containing simple repetitive sequences (SSRs). The present invention comprises (1) a step of incubating a double-stranded DNA plasmid library with a probe containing a simple repetitive sequence to be isolated in the presence of a homologous recombination protein, and (2) a plasmid hybridized with the probe. A method for isolating double-stranded DNA containing SSRs, comprising a step of isolating. Alternatively, the present invention provides kits, probes, or probe production methods useful for this method. The probe of the present invention is composed of a region composed of a simple repetitive sequence and a region composed of a base sequence other than the simple repetitive sequence connected to either or both of the 5 ′ side and 3 ′ side. In the probe of the present invention, the region connected to the 3 ′ side can be modified with a binding ligand such as biotin. |
