abstract | By mixing serum or plasma with a buffer having a sulfo group, lyophilizing it, and quantifying the content of the component to be measured in the lyophilizate using a known amount of the component to be measured. A standard product in a lyophilized state, which is used for differential quantification of components to be measured in lipoprotein, is produced. A calibration curve is prepared using this standard product and a reagent for fractional measurement of components to be measured in lipoprotein. Using the fractionation measurement reagent, the component to be measured in the sample is measured, and the concentration of the component to be measured in the sample is calculated from the obtained measurement value and the calibration curve. This makes it easy to handle and gives an accurate measurement value even after long-term storage.
