C-peptide specific binding molecules and methods of use thereof are provided. A C peptide binding agent using two newly identified C peptide specific binding molecules (SEQ ID NO: 1, SEQ ID NO: 3) is provided. In addition, a method for evaluating the action state of the C peptide using the amount of these proteins as an index is provided. Furthermore, a screening method for a compound that modulates the action state of C peptide using these proteins is provided. |
