SARS-recombinant vaccinia virus strain DIs carrying DNA encoding a coronavirus protein and use thereof |
abstract |
When DNA encoding all or part of the SARS-CoV protein as a foreign gene was inserted into the DIs strain virus vector and the mouse was infected with this recombinant DIs, SARS-CoV cells were introduced into the mouse blood. It was found that antibodies were induced that block binding. The recombinant virus of the present invention is expected to be an effective live vaccine against SARS. |
