abstract | The present invention relates to a method for easily producing a vinylidene fluoride homopolymer having a high purity type I crystal structure by selecting a solvent, wherein the vinylidene fluoride homopolymer having a number average degree of polymerization of 3 to 20 is bipolar. Single vinylidene fluoride containing 70% by mass or more of a type I crystal structure, wherein the organic solvent having a child moment of 2.8 or more is dissolved in a solvent alone or as a part thereof, and then the solvent is evaporated. A method for producing a polymer is provided. |
