abstract | The problem to be solved by the present invention is that an aromatic carbonate is obtained from a dialkyl carbonate and an aromatic monohydroxy compound by using two continuous multi-stage distillation columns on an industrial scale of 1 ton or more per hour with high selectivity. -To provide a specific method that can be manufactured stably for a long time with high productivity. There are many proposals for the production of aromatic carbonates by reactive distillation, but these are all small-scale and short-term laboratory levels, and are specific examples that enable industrial-scale mass production. There was no disclosure of methods or devices. In the present invention, two specific continuous multi-stage distillation columns are provided, and a high selectivity is obtained on an industrial scale of 1 ton or more per hour from a dialkyl carbonate and an aromatic monohydroxy compound by using an apparatus connecting them. A specific method capable of stably producing aromatic carbonates for a long period of time with high productivity is provided. |
