titleOfInvention Foam molded article sewing thread, foam molded article and method for producing foam molded article
abstract A plurality of skins are sewn together with a sewing thread to form a bag-shaped skin. The headrest is molded by injecting a foaming raw material into the inside of the skin to cause foaming. As the sewing thread, a heat fusion fiber composed of a low melting point heat fusion fiber and a high melting point heat fusion fiber is used. The heat of molding the headrest, particularly the heat of foaming of the foaming raw material, melts the low melting point heat-sealing fibers of the sewing thread and closes the thread insertion hole of the seam. With this configuration, it is possible to prevent the foaming raw material from leaking to the outer surface side of the epidermis through the thread insertion hole of the sewing portion.
